I started consistently working out at the beginning of March 2022.

My interests range from brute force (because lifting heavy things = fun) to mobility and being able to do cool things with body weight. Naturally gravitating towards deadlifting (cuz lifting heavy things = fun), yoga (being extremely flexible = embodiment/body-mind connection), and calisthenics (the advanced exercises look super fun and cool).
