I told my mom I would weight 70kg by Christmas

She said “You can’t do it.”

I replied “Wanna bet?”

And this, folks, is how you lose 10kg in 11 weeks.

Actual context:

(the bet really happened like that, but there are more things I wanna talk about)

Right now (13th Oct 2022):

• I weight 80kg;
• Have been going to the gym for 6 months;
• Have built some noticeable muscle in the gym;
• I am not visibly fat;
• My body fat is still over 20% (didn’t measure but maybe I will);
